Refund policy
We have a 15-day conditional return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your order to request a return on your loose stone - only loose stones are eligible for one return per year. Custom designs are not eligible and cannot be returned.
To be eligible for a return of a loose Diamond or Gem, your order must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at orders@tlpauljewelrydesign.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: T.L. Paul Jewelry Design, 314 Lennon Drive, P.O. Box 12110, Wilmington North Carolina 28405.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return question at support@tlpauljewelrydesign.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@tlpauljewelrydesign.com.
An important note on ring sizing:
Getting the correct ring size is one of the most important steps before we begin production. Because each ring is custom made to order, I’m unable to resize rings once they’re completed — unless there’s been a production error on our end.
To ensure a perfect fit, I highly recommend confirming your ring size before we start your order. You can do this by visiting a local jewelry store for a professional measurement, or by using a reliable at-home ring sizer. I’ve linked my favorite one here on Amazon for your convenience.
Taking a few extra minutes to double-check your size ensures that your ring fits beautifully and saves time and cost later on.
