1. Custom Design Return Policy

We want you to love your jewelry, however, due to the bespoke nature of our work and the costs incurred during production and sourcing, we do not accept returns on custom designs or design consultations.

2. In-Stock and Ordered Diamonds/Gems Return Guidelines:

• Restocking Fee: All eligible returns are subject to a $50 restocking fee.
• Ready to Ship and Cara's Carats items are non-refundable.
• Return Shipping: We provide seller-paid return shipping for your convenience. Please contact us to receive a pre-paid shipping label.
• Return Frequency Limit: To prevent the incurring the cost of loose stones (diamonds and gemstones), customers are limited to one (1) return within any 6-month period. This policy helps us manage the high costs associated with securing and insuring rare stones for viewing.

3. How to Initiate a Return
