Working with Tam was 5 star service. We were looking for a distinct gemstone and were probably a little bit high maintenance about it, but Tam was so patient and fast pulling tons of options for us. She works so hard, we contacted her on a Friday afternoon and she was pulling options for us the next day! We did not expect a response until Monday at the earliest, but she is really fast. We ultimately decided on a stunning cathedral bezel set emerald ring. We had gone to a local jewelry store originally, but they just didn't have the resources or ability to find what we wanted. Tam was fast, organized, responsive, and honest throughout the whole process. We shockingly came in about 56% under budget as well, which is incredible. Because everything is custom, we expected the cost to be so much higher. The ring is so perfect, and I can't imagine this process going any better. I've never bought jewelry like this before and felt Tam did a great job educating and advising along the way.
